从5月份问卷调查开始，开创由销售总监Edward Zou牵头，聘请专业律师团队，配合公司的财务、业务、行政、审计、税务等各个部门，耗费大量人力、物力和财力，历时半年，配合新西兰调查官员的调查和实地调查，于10月16日产生初步裁决，11月22日得到最终裁决：中国企业对新西兰出口的桃罐头，不存在倾销行为。在未来很长一段时间内，以青岛开创为首的中国罐头企业可以以零税率向新西兰出口黄桃罐头！
